1. 業主將租出而租方將承租上述車位，條件如下:-

The Landlord shall let and the Tenant shall take the tenancy of the above Car Park, on the following terms:-

(a) 租期由 至 止(首尾兩天在內)

The Term shall commerce on and expiring on (both days inclusive).

(b) 租金為每月港幣 元(包括/不包括差餉在內)。

The Rent shall be per month (inclusive/exclusive of rates)

(c) 管理費由業主/租方支付。

Management fee shall be paid by the Landlord/Tenant.

(d) 上述車位只可用作停泊車輛之用。

The above Car Park shall only be used for car parking purpose.

(e) 租方不得將上述車位或任何部份轉讓或分租與他人。

The Tenant shall not transfer or sublet the above Car Park or any part thereof to any person.

2. 為保証租方遵守此租約，租方將於簽署此租約時付給業主港幣 元件為按金，此按金在租約期滿時無息退回租方 (包括 個月上期)

To secure the Tenant's observance of this Agreement, the Tenant shall on signing of this Agreement pay to the Landlord a sum of as deposit which shall be returned to the Tenant without interest on expiration of the term created by this Agreement.

3. 租約的印花稅由雙方各半負擔。

The Stamp Duty payable on this Tenancy Agreement shall be borne by both parties in equal share.

4. 備註: 業主及租客可給予租方不少於01個月的書面通知提早解除此租約;唯此租約的終止日期不得早於由租期開始日計Remarks: 12個月
